SECOND VICE— Thanked everyone that worked or attended the Fish fry as a guest. This was a very good year thanks to Charlie Oldani and all who helped out. He also reminded everyone of the coming Bar-B-Que on May 19th. We can always use help.

ADJUTANT—Skip reported a committee from Indianapolis was here and interviewed him. They took pictures of the World War I Memorial which will be in the June Legion magazine. He also read for the last time the names of next year’s Officers and asked for nominations from the floor. The new Officers are Commander (Lou Venegoni), 1st Vice (Robert Oldani), 2nd Vice (Roger Gray), Finance (Jim Gualdoni), Judge Advocate (Benny Calloni), Historian (Steve Michalski), and Sgt-at-Arms (Ron Mier). Congratulations to all.

FINANCE OFFICER—The finance report was read and accepted. We have $13,831.51 on hand

MORTUARY—Tom reported the passing of Tom Duncan, a member of the post for six months. I was also informed of the passing of Gary King, an eight year member, and a PUFL.

CHAPLAIN—Jeff Bailey is laid up with a torn Achilles tendon. Card was sent.
50/50 WINNERS—Winners were Bill Newlin, Carl Fassi, and Dave Pender. Bill gave his back to WWI Memorial.

HISTORIAN—Roger and Frank Consolino updated the medals in the display cases.

CHILD WELFARE—Benny reported on a very successful Easter Egg Hunt. About 5300 eggs were put out and the kids had them picked up in one minute and forty seconds. Thanks to all that helped.

SERVICE OFFICER—VA still needs clean clothing and shoes, both men and women. Bill still has hats for sale. He is selling them for two at $30.00, what a bargain.

GOOD OF LEGION—The Marine Corp. League, located at 5700 Leona is having an auction on June 7th. At 7:00 P.M admission is free, all are invited. They are also having a SOS breakfast on June 8th, same location beginning at 6:00 A.M. until 8:00 A.M. The price for this delicious breakfast is only $5.00. Same as before all are invited.
